Hello! My name is Jessica and I am so happy you found Beauty Ritual! It is so special and unique and my hope is that it will help make you feel special, unique, and beautiful! I'm originally from Minnesota and spent most of my career, nearly 20 years working in molecular genetics and oncology at Mayo Clinic and Emory University and Hospital. While I am very passionate about oncology, I always had a strong connection with my patients and discovered my true passion is helping others feel good about themselves and spreading positivity and sunshine to everyone that I can. Beauty Ritual was created exactly for this purpose, with special attention to every detail to create an unbelievable experience! I believe in setting intentions and the whole intention of Beauty Ritual is to help others feel good about, to create a place to heal, to grow, and to find the beauty within yourself! Our team is wonderful and aligned with this vision! I hope you enjoy your experience and the magic that makes the Beauty Ritual so incredible! 

Hi, I'm Sophie! As the Spa Director at Beauty Ritual, I'm passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors. I oversee our day-to-day operations, support our incredible team, and am always looking for ways to elevate the quality of our services. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing our clients leave feeling confident, refreshed, and rejuvenated. I was born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida, and I'm the youngest of three girls. Growing up with two amazing older sisters taught me so much, and being active in sports throughout my childhood gave me a lifelong appreciation for health, wellness, and living an active lifestyle. My passion for skincare began at a young age after struggling with acne myself. That experience inspired me to learn everything I could about skin health and the transformative benefits of professional skincare. Today, I love sharing that knowledge and helping others feel more confident in their own skin. One of the things I love most about working at Beauty Ritual is being part of each client's self-care journey. There's something truly special about helping people take time for themselves and watching them leave feeling renewed, inside and out. When I’m not at the spa, you’ll usually find me working out, spending time outdoors, hanging out with my two doggies, or traveling and exploring new places!

Hi! My name is Maria Marconi. I am a board-certified Physician Associate practicing in Aesthetics and Urgent Care Medicine.  I have been working in the medical field for over 15 years. I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Florida State University and worked as a dietitian in the intensive care unit before graduating from PA school in 2016 from South College in Knoxville, Tennessee. As an Aesthetic Injector, I am known for my attention to detail, desire to learn new techniques to best serve my patients and delivering individualized results. Throughout my career, I have completed trainings by some of the top injectors in the United States. Aesthetic medicine is fascinating to me as it is always evolving and has helped me develop a keen interest in functional and anti-aging medicine as well. Suffering from rosacea and keratosis pilaris from a young age, I’ve always known firsthand how the skin can impact a person’s self-confidence. My goal is to enhance your natural beauty and help you look natural and refreshed.  I believe that when you look your best your confidence and self-esteem increase creating a positive ripple effect into all the other aspects of your life.  I am originally from Guatemala and speak fluent Spanish. During my free time, I love to spend time with my husband, 2 kids and 2 dogs. You can usually find us cooking, boating, at the beach or on one of our adventures traveling the world.

Hello, I'm Sherry Valverde, and I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and aesthetic injector at Beauty Ritual. I graduated from Purdue University with a Master of Science in Nursing, and throughout my career, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the diverse healthcare needs of individuals and families. I remain committed to staying at the forefront of healthcare advancements by integrating evidence-based, cutting-edge practices into my approach, ensuring the highest quality care for all of my patients. In addition to my role as an aesthetic injector, I have an extensive procedural and surgical background, with years of specialized experience in aesthetics. I am fully trained and certified in basic and advanced neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulatory fillers, Kybella, sclerotherapy, and PDO threads treatments. My goal is to consistently deliver the highest patient satisfaction by striving for exceptional aesthetic results.

Outside of my professional life, I’m a proud mother of two children who are deeply involved in sports, and my husband also works in the nursing industry. Together, we live a busy, active life that keeps us engaged in both family and professional pursuits.

With deep roots in the medical field, I bring a unique blend of clinical precision and artistic passion to my work as an aesthetic injector. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Go Tarheels!) and began my career in 2011, gaining extensive experience in med/surg and bone marrow transplant at UNC Medical Center. 

After relocating to Florida with my husband, I continued my path as a nurse practitioner in hematology/oncology. However, inspired by my mother, an artist and esthetician, I felt a strong pull toward the creative side of healthcare. This led me to take a leap of faith in August 2024 and combine my medical background with a lifelong love for skin aesthetics. 

Today, as part of the skilled and compassionate team at Beauty Ritual, I am honored to help patients confidently achieve their aesthetic goals. My approach is to marry medical expertise with an artist's flair, ensuring each patient looks and feels their very best. I look forward to meeting you and collaborating on your journey to confidence.

Hi, I’m Laryn!

I’m a Medical Aesthetician and Laser Technician with a passion for helping people feel confident in their own skin. I’m originally from the cornfields of Ohio, but I’ve been in Florida for eight years now. Time flies when you’re having fun!

Working at both of our sister spas, I’m lucky to see so many beautiful faces throughout Southwest Florida. You can find me at @beautyritualspa and @meridianmdspa.

Before stepping into the world of aesthetics, I spent six years as a dental assistant. During that time, I discovered that my favorite part of any job has always been the aesthetic side—paying attention to the little details, creating beautiful results, and helping people feel their absolute best. Naturally, transitioning into aesthetics felt like the perfect fit.

I specialize in minimally invasive treatments, including microneedling, chemical peels, customized facials, IPL, and laser hair removal. I love creating personalized treatment plans that enhance your natural beauty while helping you achieve healthy, glowing skin.

When I’m not in the treatment room, you can usually find me trying a new restaurant, planning my next trip, or traveling somewhere new. I’m definitely a foodie with a serious case of wanderlust.

Hello, I’m Ave! Born and raised in Fort Myers, I graduated from Bishop Verot in 2023. While I originally planned to pursue a business degree, I quickly discovered my true passion lies in aesthetics. My love for skincare started at a young age, inspired by watching my mom and older sister with their routines. Over time, I became fascinated with the latest skincare trends and products, so much so that I spent my first paychecks investing in them!

I am now a licensed medical esthetician and laser hair removal technologist, specializing in acne and anti-aging treatments, brows and lashes, as well as laser hair removal. I’m so excited to be accepting new clients and feel incredibly grateful to be part of the Beauty Ritual team, where I can help people look and feel their absolute best. I can’t wait to welcome you and support you in achieving your beauty goals!

Hi! I’m Kayleigh, lead esthetician at Beauty Ritual. I’m certified in several advanced treatments, including Face Reality Acne Bootcamp, IS Clinical facials, Hydrafacials, Jet Peels, BioRePeels, and VI Peels. While the treatments are designed to correct skin concerns, I also make sure to add in a relaxation component to make you feel pampered and rejuvenated. What I love most about my job is creating personalized home care routines for my clients. I truly believe that the best results come from a combination of professional treatments and proper home care – what we do outside of the treatment room is just as important!

I was born and raised right here in Fort Myers, FL! When I’m not in the spa, you can usually find me soaking up the sun at the beach, volunteering with my church, working out at Pure Barre or cheering on my daughter at one of her rodeos.

Hi, I’m Ally! I’m a Licensed Aesthetician at Beauty Ritual Fort Myers with a passion for helping my clients feel confident in their skin.

After going through my own acne journey, I understand how frustrating skin concerns can be and how much they can affect your confidence. That inspired me to become an aesthetician and create the kind of space I once needed, somewhere you feel comfortable, understood, and never judged.

Every treatment is personalized to your skin, your concerns, and your goals. Whether you’re struggling with breakouts, wanting smoother texture and a healthy glow, or simply need time to relax and reset, my goal is for you to leave feeling refreshed, cared for, and even more confident than when you arrived.

Outside of the treatment room, I love spending time with my chocolate lab, boating, pilates, and enjoying everything SWFL has to offer. I can’t wait to welcome you into my treatment room and help you fall in love with your skin!

A SWFL native, born and raised in sunny Fort Myers Florida. I graduated from Canterbury School and currently attend Florida Southwestern State College. Sixteen years ago, I migrated to this beautiful piece of paradise from New Jersey, where I was born and raised. As a licensed cosmetologist with 17 years of experience, I dedicated six years to perfecting my skills in a hair salon before becoming a homemaker to my wonderful husband and two beautiful children.  My enduring passion for the beauty industry drives me to help everyone look and feel their absolute best! Combining my foundation in cosmetology with my growing passion for aesthetics, I am devoted to delivering exceptional customer service as a spa associate. Allow me to help you meet all of your aesthetic needs with enthusiasm and expertise. Hi! I’m Eliana, a spa associate here at Beauty Ritual! I’m originally from Minnesota and moved to Florida to attend Florida Gulf Coast University, where I earned my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Psychology and Social Work. My passion has always been helping others feel confident, supported, and cared for, which is one of the many reasons I love being part of the Beauty Ritual team! 

I’ve always felt deeply connected to wellness, skincare, and all things aesthetics, and I love being part of an environment that helps clients feel their absolute best inside and out. Whether I’m welcoming clients into the spa or helping create a positive experience during their visit, I strive to make everyone feel comfortable, valued, and at home here at Beauty Ritual.

Outside of work, I enjoy Pilates, spending time with family and friends, and cuddling up with my French bulldog, Mia! I’m so excited to be a part of the Beauty Ritual family and can’t wait to welcome you in!
