Hello! My name is Jessica and I am so happy you found Beauty Ritual! It is so special and unique and my hope is that it will help make you feel special, unique, and beautiful! I'm originally from Minnesota and spent most of my career, nearly 20 years working in molecular genetics and oncology at Mayo Clinic and Emory University and Hospital. While I am very passionate about oncology, I always had a strong connection with my patients and discovered my true passion is helping others feel good about themselves and spreading positivity and sunshine to everyone that I can. Beauty Ritual was created exactly for this purpose, with special attention to every detail to create an unbelievable experience! I believe in setting intentions and the whole intention of Beauty Ritual is to help others feel good about, to create a place to heal, to grow, and to find the beauty within yourself! Our team is wonderful and aligned with this vision! I hope you enjoy your experience and the magic that makes the Beauty Ritual so incredible! 

As Spa Director, I play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the exceptional experience they’ve come to expect. I focus on overseeing daily operations, leading our talented team of professionals, and continuously seeking ways to elevate the quality of our services. My passion for wellness and beauty drives me to make sure every client feels cared for, confident, and rejuvenated after their visit. I was born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida, I’m the youngest of three, having two amazing older sisters who taught me so much growing up. I’ve always been active, playing a lot of sports throughout my childhood, which gave me a deep appreciation for health and fitness. I also struggled with acne, which sparked my passion for skincare and facials. Over the years, I’ve learned a lot and have made it my mission to share that knowledge with others. I absolutely love working at Beauty Ritual because there’s something incredibly rewarding about seeing people walk out feeling completely refreshed and renewed. Being able to make a positive impact on someone’s day and well-being is why I’m so passionate about what we do. Outside of the spa, I stay active, whether I’m working out, exploring the outdoors, hanging out at the dog park with my pups, or traveling to new places.

Hi! My name is Maria Marconi. I am a board-certified Physician Associate practicing in Aesthetics and Urgent Care Medicine.  I have been working in the medical field for over 15 years. I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Florida State University and worked as a dietitian in the intensive care unit before graduating from PA school in 2016 from South College in Knoxville, Tennessee. As an Aesthetic Injector, I am known for my attention to detail, desire to learn new techniques to best serve my patients and delivering individualized results. Throughout my career, I have completed trainings by some of the top injectors in the United States. Aesthetic medicine is fascinating to me as it is always evolving and has helped me develop a keen interest in functional and anti-aging medicine as well. Suffering from rosacea and keratosis pilaris from a young age, I’ve always known firsthand how the skin can impact a person’s self-confidence. My goal is to enhance your natural beauty and help you look natural and refreshed.  I believe that when you look your best your confidence and self-esteem increase creating a positive ripple effect into all the other aspects of your life.  I am originally from Guatemala and speak fluent Spanish. During my free time, I love to spend time with my husband, 2 kids and 2 dogs. You can usually find us cooking, boating, at the beach or on one of our adventures traveling the world.

Hello, I'm Sherry Valverde, and I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and aesthetic injector at Beauty Ritual. I graduated from Purdue University with a Master of Science in Nursing, and throughout my career, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the diverse healthcare needs of individuals and families. I remain committed to staying at the forefront of healthcare advancements by integrating evidence-based, cutting-edge practices into my approach, ensuring the highest quality care for all of my patients. In addition to my role as an aesthetic injector, I have an extensive procedural and surgical background, with years of specialized experience in aesthetics. I am fully trained and certified in basic and advanced neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulatory fillers, Kybella, sclerotherapy, and PDO threads treatments. My goal is to consistently deliver the highest patient satisfaction by striving for exceptional aesthetic results.

Outside of my professional life, I’m a proud mother of two children who are deeply involved in sports, and my husband also works in the nursing industry. Together, we live a busy, active life that keeps us engaged in both family and professional pursuits.

Hello! My name is Laryn and I am one of the Medical Aestheticians here at Meridian and Beauty Ritual. Originally I am from Ohio, but I’ve been in the sunshine state for 6 years now! Before aesthetics, I was a dental assistant and have now been working in a medical spa since 2021. I went to The Beauty and Health institute in Tampa, FL to learn about the skin and also receiver my laser/electrologist license! As a licensed Medical Aesthetician, I am dedicated to enhancing natural beauty through advanced skincare treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs. With a deep understanding of both cosmetic procedures and skin health, I offer a range of services from facials and peels to non-invasive treatments that rejuvenate and restore. Hi, I’m Mandee, Im a licensed esthetician, cosmetologist, and massage therapist at Beauty Ritual. I’ve been in the beauty industry since I was 16, inspired by a long line of women and men in my family who shared a passion for helping others feel their best. I’m also a mom of two boys and love spending time outdoors, connecting with nature, and embracing fitness and wellness as part of my daily routine.

At Beauty Ritual, I specialize in treatments that deliver real, noticeable results. My favorites include VI Peels, BioRePeels, HydraFacials, and our signature Fire & Ice Facial—all designed to tackle multiple skin concerns while leaving your skin glowing and healthy.

Hi! I’m Kayleigh, an esthetician here at Beauty Ritual, and I’ve been a part of this amazing team for a little over a year now. I’m certified in several advanced treatments, including Face Reality Acne Bootcamp, IS Clinical facials, Hydrafacials, Jet Peels, BioRePeels, and VI Peels. What I love most about my job is creating personalized home care routines for my clients. I truly believe that the best results come from a combination of professional treatments and proper home care – what we do outside of the treatment room is just as important!

I grew up in Fort Myers, FL, and I’m a proud mom to my 12-year-old daughter, Rylee. When I’m not in the spa, you can usually find me soaking up the sun at the beach, enjoying a concert, or cheering on my daughter at one of her rodeos.

Originally from Louisiana, I love blending my southern hospitality with a deep love for aesthetics, I strive to create a warm, inviting atmosphere where everyone feels at home. Our spa is all about wellness and helping clients feel beautiful in their own skin, and I’m passionate about making that experience personal from the start. My love for aesthetics started years ago when I learned how it can seamlessly blend into our everyday wellness routine, and I love sharing that love with everyone who comes into Beauty Ritual! 

I’m a recent graduate of Ole Miss and currently pursuing my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Florida Gulf Coast University. When I’m not at the spa or studying, you can find me running, soaking up the sun at the beach, diving into a good book - usually thriller, hosting Sunday dinners, or exploring new places on a walk.

Sixteen years ago, I migrated to this beautiful piece of paradise from New Jersey, where I was born and raised. As a licensed cosmetologist with 17 years of experience, I dedicated six years to perfecting my skills in a hair salon before becoming a homemaker to my wonderful husband and two beautiful children.  My enduring passion for the beauty industry drives me to help everyone look and feel their absolute best! Hello, I'm Ave. Born and raised in Fort Myers, I graduated from Bishop Verot in 2023. Initially, I planned to pursue a business degree but quickly realized my true passion lies in aesthetics. My love for skincare began at a young age, watching my mom and older sister with their routines. As I grew older, I became deeply interested in the latest skincare trends and products, even saving up my first paychecks to invest in them.

Currently, I am pursuing my license in electrolysis and laser hair removal, and I am also a licensed medical esthetician. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Beauty Ritual team, where I can help clients look and feel their best.
