Cancellation Policy

At Beauty Ritual, we believe everyone's time is valuable. Out of respect for our staff and other clients, we kindly request that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a rebooking fee of 50% of the service charge.
