Booking Policy

To continue providing the best service for all of our clients, we’ve implemented a new booking policy aimed at reducing no-shows and late cancellations.

50% Service Fee for Appointment Booking
A 50% deposit of the service fee is required to book your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service when you arrive.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid any charges.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit. This deposit is a non-refundable credit but can be applied towards any future service or stored as a credit on your account for later use.

Service Changes
If you choose to change your service, the amount you’ve paid during checkout will be applied toward any new service you select.

We understand that life happens, and we’re happy to work with you to reschedule. However, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience for others.
