Shipping policy

 

We ship all purchases within 1-2 business days. If the product is not in stock, the shipment may be delayed further, but you will be notified of the delay. PLEASE NOTE: We are closed on Mondays. If you order on between Saturday and Monday, your order will be shipped during our normal business hours on Tuesday.

International orders are shipped via USPS without tracking unless upgraded shipping is purchased. The shipping time is determined by the customer and are shipped out according to what the customer has chosen from our shipping options. International orders can take up to 5 weeks to be delivered.

Once an order has left Beauty Ritual, it is in the care of the postal service. Beauty Ritual is not liable for any errors made by the service provider. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to UPS or USPS and their customer service department at 1-800-PICK-UPS (UPS) or 1-800-275-8777 (USPS). Please make sure that your contact information is correctly inputted. We will supply you with the necessary information needed in the event that a claim needs to be filed with a shipping provider.

**We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the appropriate postal service to locate your package in the event that you have not received it.
